Private 1:1 Pilates

A fun, effective and achievable way to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles while improving general wellbeing. Pilates is not just about strength, it is also about flexibility of muscles and mobility of joints. Classes are aimed at all levels of fitness and specifically tailored from an osteopathic background to prevent injury as well as strengthen those recovering from injury, such as low back pain.

If you want to improve your fitness but scared of injury, 1:1 pilates is a perfect way to build your strength an confidence to transition into classes.

Machine based Pilates (such as the reformer) takes the concepts of matwork into spring loaded resistance machines designed originally by Joe Pilates himself. Reformer Pilates is a great way to step up your intensity and results from the mat based program. 

Private sessions can be Mat based or reformer based, depending on your personal preference.
